Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays). Processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a second email with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Delivery is available to parcel lockers via Omniva. Your preferred delivery method can be selected at checkout.
Delivery timeframes — Estonia
Standard delivery within Estonia takes 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and public holidays.
Order tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at shop@oohoo.co.
Parcel lockers
Oohoo ships to all Omniva parcel lockers across Estonia. Please ensure your selected locker code and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Oohoo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at shop@oohoo.co as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at shop@oohoo.co with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
